I always bring food on the go with me to save money and keep it healthy! Lunch for me is usually a balance of carbohydrates for energy, protein to keep me full and veggies! I don’t make something like this every day, I usually make a big box of something on a sunday and take a serving in a container every day. I just hate sandwiches and get so bored of having the same things so I decided to share 5 different ideas with you :)
