RECIPE: BLENDED KALE TOMATO SOUP IN 10 MINUTES

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
–Blender

SOUP INGREDIENTS
–Vegetable Broth (organic/low sodium)
–2 combined cans of diced tomatoes (organic/no salt added)
–Kale
–Carrots
–1/2 of an Onion
–2 cloves of Garlic

SEASONINGS
–Smoked Paprika
–Onion Granules
–Crushed Pink Sea Salt
–Turmeric Spice
–Italian Seasonings (dried parsley, thyme, oregano)

CROUTON INGREDIENTS
–2 Slices Seven Grain Ezekiel Bread
–Extra Virgin Olive Oil
–Garlic Granules
–Onion Granules

*All ingredients used in this recipe are organic.

RECIPE IN STRUCTIONS + TIPS:
1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF
2. Blend your raw tomato soup ingredients for 60-90 seconds
3. Cook on stove at med-high heat
4. Throw your seasonings in, stir well
5. Grab a couple slices of your favorite healthy bread, and dress bread with EVOO + garlic/onion powder, stack bread and cut into cubes
6. Your oven should be close to 350ºF by now so throw croutons into oven to crisp for 5 minutes
7. Sprinkle diced chives on top with croutons, enjoy!
