1 Cup Chopped Onion
1/3 Cup Chopped Celery
1/3 Cup Chopped Green Bell Pepper
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
To taste Kosher Salt
1 Cup Long Grain White Rice
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1 1/2 Cups Chicken broth (Can substitute water or shrimp stock)
